WHO WE ARE
As the founder of The Bright Objective, LLC and as a leadership coach, I believe that I have been called to this work as my dharma - my purpose or calling in life. Coaching allows me to use my skills, knowledge, and experience to help others grow and develop as leaders, and it aligns with my values of serving others, empowering individuals, and promoting positive change. Being a coach is more than just a profession for me - it is a way of being and a way of making a difference in the world. It gives me a sense of purpose and meaning that I am deeply passionate about, and it is a role that I am grateful to fulfill every day.

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP OR EXECUTIVE COACHING?
Leadership or executive coaching is a process that helps individuals in leadership positions develop their skills and abilities in order to become more effective leaders. A coach works with the leader to identify areas for improvement and provides guidance and support as the leader works to develop new skills and approaches. This may include setting goals, providing feedback, and offering resources and tools to help the leader grow and succeed. Leadership coaching can be beneficial for leaders at all levels and in a variety of industries, as it helps them build self-awareness, improve their communication and interpersonal skills, and better manage their teams and organizations.
