TESTIMONIALS

The Bright Objective has changed my life… let me tell you why.

I have been a sports person my whole life, so when I think of a coach I think of someone who believes in me when I can’t, someone who encourages me, someone who values learning and growth, someone positive, someone observant, someone who isn’t afraid to push me to be my best… and let me tell you- Rebecca is all of that and then some.

When I started coaching with Rebecca I was in a new role at my job, I was dealing with a brand new ADHD diagnosis, and I trying to just do life.

In case you were wondering, everything happens at the speed of life and there were so many times that I thought my life was crumbling around me while I was still just functioning.

Feeling numb and mediocre in my career is my worst nightmare but I was hanging out there, and I honestly wasn’t sure where to turn. I felt like I needed direction of some sort but didn’t know how to get that for career Carleigh… and that’s when The Bright Objective came into play.

When I started it wasn’t always pretty. To be honest it was very difficult for me to make it through a session where I said anything other than “Umm…I don’t know” but Rebecca was able to push me through those “I don’t know”s and challenge me. She found my strength is how much grace I give to others and to ‘Little Carleigh’ and started to ask me what I’d say to my best friend or the younger version of myself when asking the same questions. Don’t get me wrong, those “I don’t know” answers still existed, but fewer and further between. My “I don’t know”s started to change into some tough but critical conversations that I’ll never forget. And those conversations have outlined so much of my experience and my journey.

The value that I find in my sessions every week is so much more than the conversation. I’ve been able to fight emotional battles, break down so many barriers, and actually give myself the opportunity to shine while creating a safe space for me to be me.

Since I started coaching with Rebecca, I have been able to find my superpower. I have been fighting and climbing the ladder to be the best HR person I’ve ever known. I’ve pushed myself and challenged myself and been able to take steps back and say, “it’s time to do this for me” in order to fight for growth. I’ve been able to tap into what my Higher Self looks like and start working towards her. I have found the power I always knew I had in me, have been able to live in it… and more than that, I have a hard time not living in it! I’ve found out so many things about myself I never processed. While I could go on and on for days about all the good things… this is hard work and yet I am filled with gratitude that I have a coach to guide me through it.

Like I said earlier, The Bright Objective changed my life and it’s hard to find the right words. I guess all I can say is… from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Rebecca has a unique gift of knowing when to push and pull and how to creatively connect with
her client. Her approach is calming and welcoming which allows personal barriers to be broken
down and real progress to be achieved. Our coaching sessions were something I would look
forward to every week and felt disappointed when our conversions lasting over an hour seemed
to fly by. I appreciate all the time, energy, and coaching you have provided to me. It has truly
been a life changing experience. Thank you!
